Hello, I’m Jeremy Skalet and I’ve been a certified residential appraiser for 20 years. I grew up in Knoxville where I spent my youth playing drums in several different bands. After a period of traveling around the southeast playing shows with my band and working as bartender in several local restaurants, I was given the opportunity to apprentice under my brother to get my appraisal license.
Growing up and living in the area has enabled me to become familiar with the nuances and intricacies of the market areas we service which is invaluable when appraising real estate. At our office combined, we have over 100 years of experience appraising in the local and extended market areas which allows us to accurately reflect marketability of just about any type of residential property.
