Hi! I am Olivia Caruthers. I am an intern at Advanced Appraisal Services. I grew up in Knoxville and currently attend the University of Tennessee. GO VOLS! My duties at the office include preliminary property research, creation of appraisal folders within our proprietary software, utilization of several online multiple listing sources, researching courthouse records, and gathering data from several other online real estate resources to help all of the appraisers. I am also responsible for maintaining a clean office environment and procuring office supplies.
My favorite Knoxville memory is storming the field after Tennessee defeated Alabama.
