Hi, I’m Suzanne. I have been the Chief Financial Officer at Advanced Appraisal Services for the last 13 years. I handle all the things not related to actually appraising. Accounting, office equipment maintenance, and anything required to keep the office running as efficiently as possible so that our appraisers can concentrate on our clients. Knoxville became home when I began college at UT many years ago. If the Vols are on the football field, the basketball court, or the baseball diamond, that’s where you will find me.
